Training Course Module

Conceptualize Four Months to One Year Course modules for Corporate establishments for Personality Development, Business Communication, Leadership, Sales Training & so on. These modules would cover the essential aspects of those topics in a patterned format which will help the employee to have a periodic growth. The Speciality of the modules are

  • Topics will be discussed & approved with the Management & Trainer’s consensus. This will be a monthly modules & each month will cover one topic
  • The training will range from minimum of 4 months to one year which will be either 2 days workshop every month or one day workshop every month
  • Each employee will be undergoing an assessment process & individual DASH BOARD for each employee would be maintained
  • The dashboard will have the following

    • HOD Ranking

    • Trainer’s Ranking
  • Each employee have to give a learning outcome & that would be assessed by the above mentioned people on monthly basis
  • The Dashboard will give the comparative analysis of the employee for all the specified months & monthly reports would be going to the respective bosses & HODs
  • Monthly review meeting would be conducted with the bosses & HODs on the employees next level enhancement strategies
  • Exclusive Course Work would be prepared which will have the following

    • Self Declaration that employee will attend all the months without fail
    • Completion Certificate which will be signed off by all the above mentioned
